  • This is our signature OG Big River Yoga mixed level class! Move, breath, stretch and connect within. Practice with a focus on alignment within poses for steadiness and ease. Explore sun salutations, standing poses, twists, back bends, basic inversions, and seated poses. Modifications and props are provided to help students access the poses safely and effectively. Philosophy is woven into the fabric of the class to help students embody the teachings of yoga.

  • Beginner’s Yoga: Build a solid foundation for a safe and joyful yoga practice! Designed for those new to yoga or for those that wish to continue their basic, gentle, safe, and effective practice, this class has a focus on alignment within poses for steadiness and ease. Explore the basics of sun salutations, standing poses, gentle twists, and seated poses. Modifications are provided to support your personalized needs. Philosophy is woven into the fabric of the class to embody the teachings of yoga.

    Beginner’s Flow: This class is designed for students new to yoga or who want or need to move more slowly. Class focuses on the correct alignment of basic, beginner-friendly yoga postures within one's own body and offers a slow flow between postures to link movement to breath. Props are used to increase freedom and mobility in the body while connecting to the breath.

  • Breathe, Flow, Reflect is a yoga class for those wanting to slow down and explore yoga. Class will include an intentional and gentle flow of yoga shapes, breathing practices, and self reflection through journaling. The yamas and niyamas, or ethical principles of yoga will inspire our time of self-reflection and there will be opportunities to share as a group. This is a beginner's friendly and trauma-informed class for those seeking a supportive environment to explore yoga and connect as a community. All are welcome.

  • This class is all about deep relaxation and renewal on many levels: nervous system, emotional balance, physical tension, and more. Restorative poses are supported by props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps) to encourage relaxation and rest. Yin poses are slow and soothing movements and poses are held for 3-5 minutes at a time to release tension. Relax, nourish, and heal is the mantra of this nurturing class. This is an all levels practice and beginners are welcome.

  • Class combines the elements of yoga with strength and conditioning movements to elevate your heart rate and build strength. You can expect to warm-up with yoga postures for flexibility and balance, then build into low-impact cardio and strength building repetitions inspired by pilates and interval training workouts. Movement examples include lunges, air squats, mountain climbers, core work, and modified jumping jacks. Class will conclude with a gentle cool down and savasana for rest. Class is set it music and is a fun and inspiring way to move and breathe! Class includes variations so you can control the intensity that feels right for you.

  • A slower paced class where you will move and breath at a mindful pace with an emphasis on alignment, functional movement and stability. Class will help you explore your edge while cultivating a relaxed and renewed experience. This class is geared towards all students looking to increase strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. Modifications and props are provided to help students access the poses safely and effectively.

  • TRX Strength & Conditioning: TRX is a suspension training system that utilizes bodyweight exercises to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. A TRX strength-based class is a full-body workout that focuses on developing functional strength, improving muscular endurance, and enhancing overall fitness. In a typical class, you can expect to use TRX suspension equipment to perform a variety of exercises, including squats, push-ups, rows, planks, and lunges. Class also includes a variety of yoga poses for your warm-up and cool-down. After completing a TRX strength and conditioning class, you'll feel physically and emotionally invigorated.

    TRX Circuit: TRX Circuit is a 60 minute, low-impact interval class that fuses our traditional TRX Suspension training class with additional bodyweight exercises, yoga sequencing, and breath work. It emphasizes balance, mobility and stability while building muscular strength and endurance. This fresh evolution of movement will leave you feeling confident, empowered and uplifted. All movements are highly adaptable to meet your level of fitness and desired intensity.

  • Link breath to movement in this Vinyasa Flow yoga class. Class explores sun salutation repetitions and a dynamic sequence of seated, standing, and balancing postures (asanas). Challenge your body and mind with a faster paced class designed to build heat, release tension, and focus the mind.

  • Start your morning off right! This class includes an all levels Align and Flow asana practice with a variety of standing and seated poses to prepare you for 20 minutes of guided meditation followed by a relaxing savasana rest. It’s the perfect morning prep for your mind and body.
