Jill is grateful to have studied many styles of yoga, including Hatha, Iyengar, and yoga therapy, with many amazing teachers over the past 26+ years, mostly in New York and California. As a teacher, she draws on her formal trainings, years of experience, and intuition, balancing both the physical and spiritual sides of yoga. But above all, Jill teaches from her own practice and what currently inspires her. She is passionate about alignment within poses, yet values movement and flow for freedom of mind. Jill's goal when teaching is to allow her students to feel, heal, be challenged, and nourish themselves. (Warning: this may involve laughter!)
